The Phat Boy flugel started life as a design exercise we made around 2003. Very flexible, responsive and just a joy to play, it is guaranteed envy from your mates when they see it and then hear it.

Not a trumpet, not a flugelhorn.  It is somewhere in between,  It can be a big phat trumpet or, it can be a bright flugelhorn depending on how you play it.
